Hello all!
Welcome to the #31DaysWithChristie New Year’s Challenge! This challenge is meant to challenge you to create healthy habits to kick off the new year. Instead of just focusing on losing weight, toning up, or our bodies, this challenge is a holistic health challenge. I’ll be asking you to focus on creating healthier habits for your mind, body, and soul. If you felt like the end of 2020 was just… well BLEH then, this is perfect for you.
I’m ending this year feeling all sorts of ways. Kind of unmotivated. Stuck in a rut. Creating and sticking with habits that I know aren’t great for me - like binging Grey’s Anatomy for hours (I just started and that show is GOOD). So here’s your chance, here’s your “sign”. We can do this together!

Edit and change your goals/habits throughout the month as needed
I’ve tried so many times to set healthy habits and it hasn’t worked for some reason. I’m leaving this flexible so that even if something does come up (travel, family drama etc), you can still succeed even if it’s not meeting your original goal.
Pick and choose what your goals are yourself
I’m a very self motivated person. So I know I’ll stick with goals that are my idea better than if someone else tells me it’s a good idea.
It can be as complicated or simple as you want. Some ideas: reading, journalling, meditating for 5 minutes, going on a walk every day, working on getting a handstand for the first time, doing Pilates everyday, run a 5k by the end of the month, try going vegan for 31 days, cutting meat, cutting sugar etc.
